    My Mom and I are bringing my 5 yr old daughter to WDW 3/10-3/12. We are hoping to get the most out of our short time there (possibly stay at Contemporary) and only going to Magic Kingdom. Do you have any suggestions?

    Heather,

    I love all of the parks at Walt Disney World, as well as several of the other non-park venues. But with just two days and a 5 year old I would definitely focus on the Magic Kingdom. You will hopefully be able to come back some day and visit the other parks, and there is so much to do in the Magic Kingdom that one day is rarely enough.

    That being said, I would recommend going to the Magic Kingdom the first day. However, if you don't feel that there is that much left to see on a second day, certainly remain open minded about trying one of the other parks on day 2. This probably won't happen, but just in case here is my second park advice;

    • If she likes animals and adores going to the zoo, visit Animal Kingdom
    • If she is a Disney Channel fanatic in love with the Little Einsteins and the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, consider Hollywood Studios.
    • Epcot is probably not her best second-day bet, but the world showcase is a great lure if she shows an interest in other cultures.
    Have a Magical Vacation!
