My mom bought her park tickets separately from ours using the "Will Call" pick up option. She is under my reservation and I have already received her MagicBand. Will her tickets be linked to the MagicBand?

Hi, Hector! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. Trips with grandparents are extra magical, and I bet your Mom is so excited to be joining the rest of the family on this vacation! Be sure to have your Mom take a look at the video I have included that features some fantastic tips for multigenerational travel.

Linking your Mom's theme park tickets to her MagicBand can be done quicker than saying, "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious." Just log in to your My Disney Experience account and bring up your Reservations and Tickets. Scroll down to the Tickets section and click the button to Link Tickets. Enter her Ticket Order Number from her confirmation email and assign the tickets to her profile which is also linked to her MagicBand and your Resort hotel reservation. You should be set! If you do experience any difficulty linking these, stop by again and send me a message. I will be happy to help you look further into this.

I hope you have a magical day, Hector, and please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need any further assistance planning your vacation.
