Welcome to planDisney, Mary!
Thank you for stopping by with a question for us today.
First and foremost, I hope your little Mouseketeer begins to feel much better. I know what it’s like to have kiddo not feeling well while on vacation, and I am sending all the positive pixie-dust your way and hoping for a quick recovery!
Mary, if you haven’t already started using your
Theme Park tickets, you can make changes to your tickets prior to the ticket’s start date. There is no fee to modify theme park tickets, but an additional cost may apply for dates with higher ticket prices. If you have already used the ticket or the start date on the ticket has passed, you would need to visit a
Guest Relations located in every Theme Park as well as at
Disney Springs to speak to a Cast Member. You can also
call Existing Tickets and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you. I prefer going to the Guest Relations and speaking to a Cast Member in person while I’m there because it feels a lot more personal. That way, they can also go over the
Theme Park Availability Calendar with you to see if you’re able to make new
Disney Park Pass reservations.
If your Mouseketeer is at a Theme Park and feels under the weather, there is a
First Aid station located in every Theme Park. Nurses are available during park hours and can offer over-the-counter medications and bandages, along with quick remedies.
Here’s hoping for a quick recovery so you all can enjoy your enchanting vacation!
