i would like to modify my park hopper tickets and reservations also one of the people who were coming are unable to do so what are my options for their tickets

    Hiya, Sharon! Welcome to planDisney!

Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is almost here and I imagine you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! You're coming at a great time and will be able to experience so much of The World's Most Magical Celebration. While you're here, be sure to check out the enchanting Beacons of Magic in each of the parks which light up the nighttime landscape in new and exciting ways!

It sounds like you're putting the finishing touches on your trip and are making small adjustments to make sure that each day is the BEST. DAY. EVER! I'd love to help you modify your Theme Park Reservations for your Park Hopper tickets.

First, check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure that your desired parks are available on the dates you'd like to visit them. The good news is that, at the time of writing this answer, all parks should be available for the days of your trip! Once you know that your parks are available, you'll want to cancel and rebook each Theme Park Reservation.

To do this, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click on My Plans. Scroll down until you can see the first Theme Park Reservation that you'd like to change. Click View Details next to that reservation, then Cancel This Reservation. Immediately after this, book your new Theme Park Reservation for that day. I would recommend doing this one by one: cancel, rebook, then move to your next reservation. This way, you can make sure that each new reservation is made successfully before modifying the next one.

Ta-da! You are one step closer to your magical vacation!

But oh, bother! I'm so sorry to hear that a member of your travel party won't be able to join you on this trip. Since your vacation is just around the riverbend, I think your best next step regarding options available to you with the unused tickets would be to call a Cast Member. They're like real-life fairy godparents who do their best to sprinkle some pixie dust on every situation! Please know that, even though nothing is guaranteed, they will always try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can possibly reach. I would recommend calling before you leave for your trip, and right when phones open at 7:00 AM since their magic can sometimes be in high demand.

In the meantime, make sure you also have downloaded and explored the My Disney Experience app! This feels a little like holding a magic wand in your hand, unlocking everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. My favorite reasons for using this app are to check wait times for rides and to mobile order food. This way, I know my snacks and meals are ready before I ever feel a rumbly in my tumbly!

Sharon, I hope I was able to help answer your questions about modifying your reservation. If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all - you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
