    Jami from ID Asked

How do I modify or change my resort reservation? I am hoping to change resort locations once more open up.

Hello there, Jami! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and allowing us to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

Staying with the Disney Resorts Collection is a practically perfect way to add a dash of pixie dust to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Guests of the Disney Resorts Collection are entitled to a variety of benefits include complimentary transportation across the property, closer proximity to the theme parks, earlier access to advanced dining reservation bookings, and so much more. Personally, my favorite part of staying with the Disney Resorts Collection is the world-class customer service we receive throughout our vacation!

I am happy to inform you that you should have no problem changing your previously booked reservation down the road! You may do so either online or over the phone. If you prefer to make changes online, you will first need to log into your My Disney Experience account and navigate to the “My Plans” section. From here, locate which reservation you would like to change and click the “Modify Reservation” link. You will then be able to change such items as travel dates or which Disney Resort hotel you are staying at.

If you would like to make changes over the phone, you can just call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line and a Cast Member will assist you in making whichever changes you need. Keep in mind, though, changes are subject to availability so make sure you make any edits as soon as possible!

Best of luck planning your fall vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as well!
