If I'm understanding your question correctly, Mikayla, you may be inquiring about how to
modify your park reservations. If that's the case, you'll need to first link your theme park ticket to your Disney Account. Hover over "My Disneyland" at the top of the
Disneyland website and select "Link Tickets." You'll then be asked to enter your ticket ID number. After your tickets are linked, head over to "
Make or Modify Park Reservations" and you may choose to modify the date or park. For more detailed instructions on your particular situation,
visit the Disneyland website.
Or it's possible you're referring to modifying your
Lightning Lane booking or attraction, Mikayla, which you can definitely do, without canceling! If you'd like to adjust the time or attraction you've already made, click “Modify Plan” in the
Disneyland app to see other options for available attractions without canceling the original.
If all else fails, I suggest reaching out to Guest Services either by
giving them a call or initiating a chat from the
"Help" page on the Disneyland website. The help chat box hovers on the right-hand side of your screen and is a great resource to connect with a friendly and helpful Cast Member who can assist you. I use it all the time!
