Hi David! You definitely need a hearty breakfast so you'll have plenty of energy for a day in the Disney parks, and all of the Disney resort hotels have breakfast foods available to serve that need.
At the moderate resorts, quick-service locations offer grab-and-go items like muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee, as well as standard hot breakfasts like eggs and bacon or waffles. Some of the moderate hotels also offer a table-service breakfast option as well. For instance at the Coronado Springs, you can visit the Maya Grill for a traditional breakfast or a plate of Steak and Huevos Rancheros, and the Fort Wilderness Cabins offer a bountiful breakfast buffet at the Trails End. If you click on one of the moderate resorts
here, you can view a list of dining options at that resort. Also, the unofficial website www.AllEars.net lists menus of all the quick-service, as well as the table-service, restaurants on the Dining section of its site so you can have an idea of your choices.
