Welcome to planDisney! We're happy you've sent us your vacation planning question today. Let's talk about your magical tickets, and some options for how to access them.
If you purchased mobile tickets and received an email confirmation as form of delivery, you have a few options for how to use them at the Disney theme parks.
First, you should link your tickets in your
My Disney Experience account, under "My Tickets and Passes". This can be done either online or in the My Disney Experience app. Once your tickets are linked, you could use any other these options:
MagicBand - Wearing a MagicBand can be a fun and convenient option for both park entry and tapping in to any Lightning Lane passes you reserve. Having both your ticket and MagicBand linked to your account in My Disney Experience will tie these together.
MagicMobile - This option allows you to use your phone to access your park ticket. You can add tickets to your phone's wallet, in addition to lots of other helpful features like linking any PhotoPass photos you have taken during your Disney Day.
Physical Admission Card - This is the option to choose if you do not want to use your phone, or link your tickets to a My Disney account in any way. You can instead obtain a physical admission card to use by stopping by Guest Relations or a ticket window, located outside the entrance to each theme park. You'll need the confirmation number from your email, a valid government issued photo ID, and the original credit card used to purchase the tickets.
