planDisney, Lindsey! It is lovely to see you here asking another vacation question, and I am so happy that you trust us to provide answers. I love the ability to use the
Online Check-In service. You can begin the check-in process in advance on the
Walt Disney World website or the
My Disney Experience app. You will then have the option for
direct-to-room service, utilizing your
MagicBand or Unlock Door feature on your phone.
When you complete the Online Check-In service, you will have the option to select a time for your resort arrival and options for Housekeeping Service during your stay. You will then select a credit card for Hotel Account Charges, selecting the card on file or using a different card. The credit card you designate will be used for the resort balance that is due on arrival, as well as any incidental expenses that occur during your stay. The card you select will then be charged on your arrival day if you choose direct-to-room service. If you would like to use a payment method other than the designated credit card, stop by the Front Desk when you arrive at your resort before going to your resort room.
