    The mobile app and website both aren’t letting me make park reservations. Every time I try to chat with help it doesn’t answer and immediately just says it’s resolved/closed. My trip starts Wednesday and I really need help!!!

    Welcome to planDisney, Emily!  I'm glad you found us.  I'll be happy to try to help you troubleshoot making your Disney Park Pass reservations.

    At this time all Guests ages 3 and up must have a Disney Park Pass reservation in addition to valid admission to enter a theme park.

    First, make sure everyone in your party has theme park admission linked to their profile in My Disney Experience, and that the tickets are valid for the dates you are trying to make reservations for.  I prefer to view my tickets in the My Disney Experience app because it shows the number of days remaining on the ticket as well as the valid dates.  If everyone's tickets are linked, you should be ready to make your Disney Park Pass reservations.

    To make your Disney Park Pass reservations, hop over to the Walt Disney World website.  Check the availability calendar to confirm the theme parks you are making reservations for have availability on your dates.  When making your reservations, select only those Guests in your Family & Friends list who have tickets linked to their profile.  Select the date and park, review and confirm, and you should be all set.

    Emily, I am on the Walt Disney World website almost every day, and sometimes things aren't working quite the way I want them to.  When this happens, I have a few tricks that usually resolve the problem:

    • close the browser window and relaunch the website in a new window
    • sign out of My Disney Experience and sign back in
    • try an incognito window or a different browser

    When I have a question or need tech help, I can usually resolve my problem using the chat feature on the Help Center page.  If you are still having trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations, please feel free to write us back and include as much detail as you can about the issues you are encountering.  You might also try giving the My Disney Experience tech team a call at (407) 939-4357.
