Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, Shalifa!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an incredible after hours holiday celebration in
Magic Kingdom Park. I was lucky enough to attend it for the first time myself last October and I loved the spook-tacular experiences exclusive to this special event. It is so much fun to see everyone, including the Characters, dressed in costumes. You can also enjoy some rare Character greetings as well as party exclusive overlays on some of the popular attractions. What could be more fun than trick-or-treating through the park as you skip from ride to ride, enjoying the shorter lines and wait times? Not to mention the incredible Halloween shows such as Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular and Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular, plus what quickly became my favorite parade, the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade.
When you arrive at the party you will receive a park map that will show you the different trick-or-treat locations, specialty food and beverage offerings, a schedule for the entertainment, and a list of the attractions that will be open for the party. You can find a current list under the
“Park Favorites and More” section of the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party page. These attractions are subject to change, so you’ll want to reference the park map upon arrival for the most current information. You can also check out the
My Disney Experience mobile app for up to date information on attractions and show times while you are there in the park. I think that you will be pleased with the large amount of rides that will be open during the party. I hope you have a fabulously ghoulish time at the party and a wonderful vacation in The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
