Hi moms! Going to MNSSHP and have a dinner reservation at Grand Floridian Cafe beforehand. Is it acceptable to wear our halloween costumes (peter pan & pirate) to dinner or should we change after? Are there restrooms where we can change at GF? Many tha

    Hi Katie,

Frankly, you would probably feel a bit out of place eating at the Grand Floridian Cafe in your pirate gear. While this would not be strictly forbidden, you will likely be the only ones in costume dress at the restaurant.

There are several restrooms at both the Grand Floridian and the Magic Kingdom where you would be welcome to change for MNSSHP. I have done this many times myself. The restrooms near Town Hall in the Magic Kingdom are generally filled with guests changing into costume in the hours just prior to MNSSHP. When I do this, I generally rent a locker at the MK so that I don't have to carry around my regular clothing while I'm enjoying the party.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
