Hi! We will be at MK on Weds. 12/1. The parade is at 7pm and Wishes at 8pm. Will we be able to watch Wishes and make ADR at Whisp Cany at 9pm? Or should I try to get a later time? Will it still be the same going that late? How do we get there? Thanks!!!!

Hi Chris! The wackiness at Whispering Canyon Cafe can occur at any time of the day or night, so don't worry about having a late reservation. I think your timing is perfect. Boats run from the Magic Kingdom to the Wilderness Lodge, where the Whispering Canyon is located, and the ride takes about 15 minutes. You may have to wait ten minutes or so for a boat to arrive, but even if you do, you should be able to make your 9 p.m. dinner reservation after viewing the Wishes fireworks show. However, because the Magic Kingdom closes after Wishes, many people will be leaving the park at the same time, and you could experience a long line of people also waiting for the boat to the Wilderness Lodge. Your best bet is to watch Wishes from a spot not too far from the park exit, so you can quickly proceed to the resort launch dock just outside the entrance to the Magic Kingdom when the fireworks end, and hop on the first boat that arrives. Be sure to ask for ketchup at Whispering Canyon! Have a wonderful time!
