Are MK rides open to ride during the Halloween party in the park?

Hi, Christine! The beginning of fall is just around the corner, which means it is almost time to get our costumes ready for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! As its name implies, this party is full of not-so-scary fun for Guests of all ages. There are many spooktacular Disney characters to meet during the party, some of which you normally would not be able to meet during a regular day in the parks. Be sure to scare up some great seats for Mickey's "Boo To You" Halloween Parade and be prepared to have its catchy little tune in your head for days!

In addition to these boo-rrific events, Guests will also be able to partake in many Magic Kingdom attractions during the party. In the years we have attended Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, we found the waits for attractions to be a bit lower than non-party nights. The list of attractions that will be open are always subject to change, but in previous years, the following have been available:

    Astro Orbiter
    Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
    Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station
    Country Bear Jamboree
    Dumbo the Flying Elephant
    Enchanted Tales With Belle
    Haunted Mansion
    "it's a small world"
    Mad Tea Party
    Mickey's PhilharMagic
    Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor
    Peter Pan's Flight
    Pirates of the Caribbean
    Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
    Princess Fairytale Hall
    Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
    Space Mountain
    Splash Mountain
    Swiss Family Treehouse
    Stitch's Great Escape
    The Barnstormer
    The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh
    Tomorrowland Speedway
    Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
Under the Sea~Journey of the Little Mermaid

I hope this helps you plan a frightfully wonderful evening at Magic Kingdom, Christine! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
