    Does the MK have opening ceremony on early EMH days? Where's a good spot to watch them? When should I get to the park? How long does it take to get to the MK from WL?

    Hi, Kathleen!  There is a minimal open ceremony on extra magic hours days at the Magic Kingdom, but not like the one you will experience on a normal morning.  There are no characters on the train or anything like that.  Your best vantage point for the opening ceremony either time is just as you come through the gates.

    I try to get to the theme park 20-30 minutes before opening on a morning without extra magic hours.  There can be quite a log jam early in the morning, but it is nice to be there when the park opens! 

    I would allow 30 minutes travel time from the Magic Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge.  My family really loves the boat ride you can take from the Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom.
