Hello- I am going to MK for one day. The park was supposed to open at 9, but is now opening at 8. I have a breakfast reservation at BOG for 8:30. Originally, I was told we could enter the part at 7:45. Will this still be true with the new opening time?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathleen! We appreciate you have stopped by with your question about an advanced dining reservation! It's so exciting to hear you will be starting your day at Magic Kingdom Park with a breakfast reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant

Guests with early dining reservations are typically admitted between 30 and 45 minutes into the Park so that they have ample time to arrive at the restaurant they will be dining at. The forty five minutes you have been told should be more than enough for you to walk towards the restaurant and register at the podium. Be sure to get plenty of photos in front of Cinderella Castle; the Park will feel all to yourself!

If this is your first time arriving early at a Park prior to regular opening, then let me explain what to do once you get there! First, look for the designated entrance, which should be on the left. If you don't spot it right away, be sure to ask a Cast Member and they will be happy to point the appropriate direction to follow. Remember to have the dining confirmation number for the reservation handy so you can show it at the gate.

Kathleen, please come back with more questions about your vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. We'll be hEAR eagerly waiting for you!

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
