When MK has evening EMH, when does Kiss Goodnight happen? The day of our visit to MK, Happily Ever after is scheduled for 9:15 pm. MK closes at 11 pm with EMH 11 pm - 1 am.

Hi, Mary! Thank you for bringing us your wonderful question. The Kiss Goodnight is one of the least known yet, in my opinion, one of the most magical experiences in Magic Kingdom Park. This two-minute spectacular can be enjoyed each night as the park ends its day as a thank you to all young and young at heart guests who visited that day. It is also a great reminder that when you wish upon a star, your dreams can come true!

Mary, you must have wished upon the best star because I have just the information you need to make your dream come true! The Kiss Goodnight usually begins 30 minutes after the park closes. On nights when Magic Kingdom Park hosts Extra Magic Hours, it will begin 30 minutes after Extra Magic Hours ends. In your case, that will be at 1:30 a.m. I have also seen the sparkling lights of The Kiss Goodnight again an hour after the initial run, and then 30 more minutes after that one. As always, scheduling is subject to change at any time.

For the best view of this evening spectacular, head to Main Street, U.S.A., and stand a little ways behind The Partners Statue. No worries about finding a spot because most guests will have already made it back to their Walt Disney World Resort hotel by then or will be making last minute purchases in the shops around you. This makes me love this moment even more! The quietness of the park really makes me feel as if the sparkling lights of Cinderella Castle are my own personal kiss goodnight!

Thank you again for stopping by today. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventures!
