Hi Cindy,
Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your second Mouseketeer! SO exciting! Having been to the Walt Disney World Resort before, you know just how magical a Disney vacation can be. Now that you're returning with your own Mouseketeer, though, you're about to experience something INCREDIBLE! Sharing the joy of a Disney vacation with your own princess and seeing the magic come to life through her eyes will be something that you'll cherish forever!
I'm happy to let you know that there will be plenty of things that you'll be able to do with your family while you're pregnant. You'll notice that there are health and safety advisory signs outside of each attraction, so definitely pay close attention to those and feel free to check with the Cast Members at the attraction entrances if you have any questions. Since there are more attractions that you will be able to experience than ones you won't, here is a handy list of
attractions that expectant mothers should not ride, which can be filtered by theme park. Of course, there are also many
character experiences and
entertainment options that you'll still be able to enjoy, too.
My number one piece of advice for you would be to make sure that you take care of yourself during your vacation. As you know, there is a lot of walking involved in a Disney vacation, so don't forget to bring comfy shoes, take lots of breaks, and stay hydrated. Complimentary ice water is available at all food and beverage locations, and there are also
First Aid stations available in each theme park if you need any medical assistance. There are also
Baby Care Centers in each theme park where you can feed or change your little Mouseketeer or pick up common baby and toddler items if you run out of or forget something for her.
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cindy, and please stop by again if we can help with anything else. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
