Hi Isabel,
How exciting that your magical Disney adventure is less than two short months away! I bet you're counting down the days and practically bursting with anticipation! I'm excited FOR you!
As the mama of five Mouseketeers, I know just how important a stroller is to help make your vacation run smoothly and your
little ones comfortable. You are exactly correct that
Disney recently announced some new guidelines regarding allowed stroller sizes, and while strollers up to 36" wide and 52" long used to be permitted, beginning May 1, that
rule is changing to 31" wide and 52" long. If that first dimension that you mentioned (32.2") is the width, unfortunately your stroller will be just a tad bit too wide. Hakuna Matata...no worries, though! There are
strollers available to rent at the Disneyland Resort, and while double strollers are not currently an option, there is a bit of a price break for the second stroller if you need to rent two, although please keep in mind that prices are always subject to change. Another option for you would be to rent a double stroller from City Stroller Rentals, a local company that will deliver strollers to your
Disneyland Resort hotel for you.
Thanks so much for bringing me your great question, Isabel, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your visit. I hope that you and your Mouseketeers have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
