    Hi Missy! Another question. We check into SS on Nov. 26th. Wanted to do online check in but it won't let me pick anything under room selection. If I click on select, nothing comes up. Am I trying to do check in too soon?

    Thanks so much for bringing me another wonderful question! Your trip is getting closer and closer, and I bet you're getting SO excited! Did you see the recent Disney Parks Blog article about all of the magical holiday festivities that will be going on during your visit? You're going to have a BLAST!

    You know, it's funny that you asked me this question today because I just used the online check-in feature for an upcoming vacation myself and I was not able to make any room requests either. I chatted with a Cast Member about this and she said that they are currently making enhancements to the online check-in system, so that could be why that feature is currently unavailable. If you made the room reservation yourself, she suggested calling the resorts team at 407-934-7639 and a Cast Member would be happy to note any room requests that you have. If you're working with a travel agent, you'll need to contact them directly and they'll be able to contact Disney and share any room requests you may have. The great news is that you should be able to complete all of the other portions of the online check-in as it is now. There's no need to wait until 60 days beforehand anymore! The system has been changed so that you may complete the online check-in any time between the point when you make a reservation and 24 hours before your arrival.
