I misspelled my last name on my ticket purchase. How can I edit it?

    Heigh-Ho Eric,

Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to assist you with your curiouser and curiouser Walt Disney World ticket inquiry. Truthfully, I wouldn’t worry too much about editing the last name on your ticket, especially if it is linked to you already. Tickets, which have not been used, are easily transferable amongst Guests through the My Disney Experience profile and the name on the ticket is but just a name.

However, if it is important for you to have it corrected, I have two suggestions. First, Guests can sign into their My Disney Experience mobile app and select the menu button in the lower right-hand corner. Next, select the Chat With Us feature and begin a messaging dialog with the next available Cast Member. Or upon arrival to your Walt Disney World Resort or before entering your first Walt Disney World Theme Park visit the Front Desk or Guest Relations/Ticket Counter and a Cast Member can Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo some pixie dust and correct the name on the ticket. Be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and make your Disney Park Pass reservation as soon as possible. Park availability is not guaranteed until you finish reserving your Disney Park Pass reservation.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
