Hi Jenna! Welcome back to planDisney!
Oh boy! I hope your arrival at the
Walt Disney World Resort has been amazing! There is nothing quite like the first day to kick off a trip, especially if you have plans to visit the parks. Let's dive right into your question and get you set up for a magical stay.
When using
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you are allowed to book up to three attractions before you arrive. After confirming with a few Cast Members, if you happen to miss the first arrival window, this attraction will expire and you can book another one. The system should allow you to book at any park if you plan to hop to another park later that day. This is the case if you were to use your Lightning Lane, so I would expect the same once your first selection is no longer an option.
If you know ahead of time you are going to miss your arrival window, you can try to modify that selection for a later time. You'll simply open up the
My Disney Experience App on your mobile device and tap on "Future Plans." This will show you all of your upcoming plans for the day and allow you to modify or cancel them as needed.
Jenna, I hope you find some time to pop over to experience the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. This festival has it all, including the
DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series. This is a must-do every time we visit and the performers are absolutely incredible. You can typically find seating for each of the showtimes, but I would get in line early if you want a prime seat.
Have a wonderful time during your stay!
Greg
