Are there any Minnie vans that can accommodate a mobility scooter? Also, are the skyliner gondolas able to accommodate mobility scooters?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lou Ann!

Figuring out the logistics of navigating Walt Disney World Resort is an important part of planning any Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

The Disney Minnie Van fleet does include some accessible vans that can accommodate a mobility scooter or electric conveyance vehicle (ECV).  To request an accessible van, call (407) 828-3500.  It is recommended to request an accessible vehicle 45 to 60 minutes prior to the time you need transport.

The new Disney Skyliner is my favorite way to travel all around Walt Disney World Resort!  Almost an attraction unto itself, Guests aboard the Skyliner get a bird's-eye view as they travel across the Resort.  The Disney Skyliner makes it so quick and easy to reach Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot, as well as visiting other Resorts along the Skyliner route.  I am happy to let you know that there are gondolas that can accommodate scooters or ECVs.  There is a separate loading platform for accessible gondolas.  Ask a Cast Member at any Skyliner station to point you in the right direction.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
