    How does the Minnie Van work? I have Lyft...If I use the app, will I just hear from Minnie Van drivers or others in the Orlando area?

    Hi Susan!  Disney's Minnie Van service is THE way to travel in style all around Walt Disney World Resort.  These adorable polka-dotted vehicles are driven by professional and knowledgeable Disney Cast Members.  You are correct that Minnie Vans are requested through the Lyft app.  When you request a ride, you should see all the standard Lyft vehicle options such as Lyft, Lyft XL, Lux, etc. as well as Minnie Van.  You may be able to check it out from home.  I can see the Minnie Van option right now from cold, snowy Illinois when I select "Pickup" and "Drop-off" locations that are within Walt Disney World Resort, such as a Disney Resort Hotel or Disney Springs, instead of using my current location.  You may need to swipe through the vehicle options until you see Minnie Van.

    I thought I would also mention a topic that I had wondered about when using Minnie Vans for the first time.  Although the drivers are Disney Cast Members, gratuities are permitted and you may tip in cash or through the Lyft app.
