Is there a minimum night stay to be able to add a Disney dining plan to my booking? I am staying for 2 nights and wanted to know if a dining plan is an option for us?

    Welcome to planDisney, Caitlin!

Thanks for stopping by with this question about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. I am happy to see that you recognize the value of Disney’s Dining Plans. They are such a great way to add convenience and deliciousness to your Disney vacations. Guests who purchase a plan get dining credits that they can use for meals, beverages and snacks throughout their visit. They can manage these credits within their My Disney Experience app. Guests with a dining plan will also get a Resort Refillable Mug for each person on the plan so they can enjoy unlimited soft drinks, tea, hot chocolate and coffee at Disney Resorts Collection hotels throughout their stay.

My fellow panelist Matt did a little research and discovered that guests from the UK hoping to purchase a dining plan must have a vacation package with at least 5 nights booked. It sounds like due to the length of your planned stay, you will not be eligible to purchase a plan. If you’d like to change your vacation plans, you can always contact The Walt Disney Travel Company or whomever you booked your vacation with to do so.

I hope this information is helpful, Caitlin. If you have additional planning questions about your visit, please stop by and see us here at planDisney again real soon. Until then, TTFN… ta-ta for now!
