    Do you have miniature golf?

Fore!! Welcome to planDisney, Mary, and thanks for teeing up that great question. My husband is the golfer in our family, but I've been known to hit the links occasionally....the putt-putt links, that is. Miniature golf is such a fun activity for all ages, so let's take a practice swing and see what we can find at Disneyland Resort.

Mary, you might have heard about the two fabulous miniature golf courses at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Winter Summerland Miniature Golf is my favorite with its festive holiday theme. Florida has plenty of wide open spaces for golf courses, miniature and otherwise, but Anaheim, California, does not. Unfortunately, there are no miniature golf courses at Disneyland Resort. But like Mark Twain, I love a good walk spoiled, so let's see if we can come up with any other ideas.

A quick internet search turned up several miniature golf courses within a few miles of Disneyland Resort, so you check those out if you're visiting the area. Another option is the Good Neighbor Hotel, The CAMBRiA Hotel & Suites Anaheim Resort. This resort is within a mile of Disneyland Resort and boasts a putting green on the property. If you're a guest there, you could create your own putting contest! And if you have kids, an activity like exploring Goofy's How-to-Play Yard in Mickey's Toontown might give a similar vibe to mini golf. Kids could invent their own obstacle course there. A final suggestion is to play the Games of Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure Park to satisfy your group's competitive urge!

I hope I've putt-putt some ideas in your head, Mary! I'm always happy to chip in! Please swing by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
