    Can military tickets be activated at Typhoon Lagoon?

    Hi Kelly, and welcome back to planDisney!

    Thank you for another question! Disney Military Salute Tickets can be activated at Guest Relations, which is located outside the gates of all four theme parks, or at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Whenever my family visits Walt Disney World Resort we typically activate our tickets at Disney Springs the day before our first theme park visit. While you are activating your tickets, be sure to ask about the military discount for Memory Maker!

    I prefer activating Salute tickets at Disney Springs because the lines tend to be shorter, and it also allows us to knock out the bulk of our souvenir shopping and dine at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', our favorite restaurant! If you haven't had the chance to dine here yet, make a reservation! Some of my favorite stores for Disney-themed merchandise include World of Disney and Disney's Days of Christmas, and I love visiting Bowes Signature Candles and purchasing inspired scents you'll find at the theme parks and Disney Resort hotels. 

    Along with shopping and dining, other spots at Disney Springs are perfect for sweet tooths in your group! Disney Eats released the 2024 Foodie Guide for Halloween-themed treats at Disney Springs, including the Madame Leota Petit Cake and Amorette's Wilting Rose from Amorette's Patisserie. The Hitchhiking Ghosts Chocolate Chiller and Jack Skellington Cinnamon Ganache Square from The Ganachery also look and sound delicious!
