    we have a military member of our party of 6, he is stationed in San Diego California but given he is in the military his ID is not from California/ He has a PO Box in San Diego for his mail, is that enough proof of his California residency so he can enter

    Diana, you’re correct about the official announcement stating that attendance will currently be limited to residents of The Golden State. Since your Guest is an active duty member of the military base in California, I’m happy to tell you that they are able to use the address of their military base during the Theme Park reservation process!
