First, a special thank you to your military family member for their service. Currently there are a few
specially priced theme park tickets options, which can be purchased by Eligible Service Members or their spouses. The service member or their spouse will be asked to present valid military identification when purchasing these tickets and, according to
current Disney policy, they do have to be present when the tickets are used.
Currently, there are five different options for service member tickets: Disneyland Resort 1-Day 1-Park Military Ticket; 3-Day Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket; 3-Day Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket with Lightning Lane Multi Pass (Ages 3+); 4-Day Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket (Ages 3+); and 4-Day Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket with Lightning Lane Multi Pass (Ages 3+). I would recommend checking both the
Disneyland website and the US military ticket office for the current pricing for these ticket options.
Once you have decided which ticket option works best for your family, here are a couple of ways to prepare for your trip! First, be sure that, in addition to the tickets, you have a theme park reservation for each day of your visit. (You can make a reservation on the Disneyland website.) Second, you will want to download the
Disneyland app. The app will help you plan out your day as, among other things, it allows you to book Lightning Lane return times, mobile order food, and shows where you and your family can meet Disney pals.
