We are a military family that will have 4 adults and 4 kids (6,9,11,16) with us when we go to Disney World in April 2016. What are some of your thoughts on where to go, what to do, etc. to make sure everyone gets a great experience?

    Hi Angela!

First, congratulations on your upcoming trip to the most magical place on earth! The great news is that there is something for everyone at Walt Disney World (WDW) and you can find activities that your six year old, up to your 16 year old enjoy.

One activity that everyone loves is the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage. This experience includes food, singing, fireworks and fun! You will check in at The Contemporary and then you can go into a room filled with all types of snacks, from white cheddar popcorn to Mickey Ice Cream sandwiches, and mingle and meet and greet with characters. You will all then hop on a boat and see Wishes from a boat on the Seven Seas Lagoon.

Another fun experience is the Behind the Seeds Tour at Epcot. This fun experience includes science, learning and fun while you go behind the scenes at the Living the Land attraction at Epcot. While you are in Epcot all your kids will love Test Track and exploring the World Showcase.

The entire family will love Magic Kingdom, as there are thrill attractions for your teenager and fun attractions for your little one, like Dumbo the Flying Elephant and Peter Pan's Flight.

Hollywood Studios also has tons of activities for all ages as well. Your older kids will love Rock n Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror while your younger one will love Toy Story Mania.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
