    Are there microwaves in the boardwalk inn rooms?

    Hi there, Karen!  Welcome to planDisney.

    Oh boy!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it!  I'm sure you are finalizing all those last-minute details in preparation for your trip.  Standard rooms at Disney's BoardWalk Inn do not include a microwave.  If instead, you are staying in a Deluxe Studio at Disney's BoardWalk Villas, your room will include a microwave.  A limited number of microwaves are available upon request.  Stop by the Front Desk, or call Housekeeping from your in-room phone to request a microwave.  Please note that requests cannot be guaranteed.  Standard rooms include a small refrigerator, coffeemaker and coffee supplies, hair dryer, toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and body wash, a small safe, and an iron and ironing board.

    This is such a wonderful time of year to visit Walt Disney World Resort!  You'll have easy access to the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT and all the wonderful bites and sips of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, through November 14.  Holiday decor has been making its way to the Disney Parks and resort hotels.  Over at Disney's Beach Club Resort, you can view a beautiful gingerbread carousel with horses that may remind you of some of your favorite Disney characters.  You might be lucky enough to see the gingerbread display at Disney's BoardWalk Inn coming together -- it is scheduled to debut on November 17.
