Will there be a microwave in my standard room at the Yacht Club?

Hello there, Ruth! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and ask another excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Disney's Yacht Club Resort is a gorgeous illustration of upscale New England and features a nautical feeling throughout its lobby and Guest rooms. Guests have access to Disney's Boardwalk area while staying at this Disney Resort hotel while so there are quite a few dining, shopping, and entertainment offerings right across the lake. My family and I had a magical stay here earlier this year and can't wait to return!

While standard Guest rooms do not come with a microwave, Guests may always request one for the duration of their stay upon arrival. As with all requests, this is never a guarantee, though, Cast Members will try their absolute best to fulfill your wish! If you are unable to receive a microwave for the duration of your stay, you may always use the microwaves located inside The Market at Ale & Compass. You will also have access to toasters within this area as well!

I hope this information will assist you in continuing to plan for your stay at Disney's Yacht Club Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
