Hi! I see Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is slated for Autumn 2010. What are the actual dates - when does Autumn season start/end? I'd really like to plan my trip so we can attend! Thank you!

Hi, Karen!  The dates for this year's Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party have not yet been released, but in years past, the dates usually begin sometime in mid-September and continue through Halloween night, or a day or two after.  The dates for this hard ticket event usually are released later in the spring - usually by mid-May.

The party is only on select evenings, so you can plan your other park days around the night you want to go to the party.  My kids love this event probably more than any of the other hard ticket events at Walt Disney World.  The Halloween parade is adorable, and the kids (and kids at heart) love the trick-or-treating you can do during the party.  The girls also like getting an extra wear out of their Halloween costume, as we generally don't go on Halloween night.

If you are going to book your tickets for Halloween night, I recommend booking as soon as the tickets go on sale.  Many of the nights do sell out, but Halloween is almost a guaranteed sell out event.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
