    We are going to the Mickey's not so scary Halloween party. We are only going in the evening that day so will we need a regular ticket as well and how early can you get into the park so you don't arrive right at 7 and miss things. Thanks

    Hi there Gwen!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my favorite Special Event at Walt DIsney World and a "must do" when visiting in September or October!

    The only ticket you will be required to purchase is the special event admission ticket for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. You will not be required to purchase an additional Magic Your Way Base Ticket in order to gain entry into Magic Kingdom Park for the party. Although it's not guaranteed, guests are usually allowed to enter Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 4:00 p.m. with their special event admission ticket. In fact, I have always entered Magic Kingdom Park at 4:00 p.m. on the days that I have attended Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Please know that this popular Special Event does not officially begin until 7:00 p.m. and ends at midnight.
