does the Mickey's not so Scarey Halloween Party have a separate fee besides the park fee? and what about costumes. can parents dress up? how long is the party?

There is a separate entrance fee required for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP).  Prices change from year to year, but you might expect to pay somewhere in the neighborhood of $35.00 for this separate fee. The length of the party might also change from year to year, but generally it runs from about 7:00 p.m. until about midnight. People of all ages dress up in costume for the party, including adults. Many of the costumes you will see at MNSSHP are incredibly beautiful and elaborate.

As an aside, while lots of people at MNSSHP are dressed up as Disney characters, there is no requirement that your costume be a Disney costume. On any given night you are bound to see more than one Dorothy or Superman.
