Hi Heather,
Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question!
Dates were just announced a couple of weeks ago on the Disney Parks Blog for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and it will be offered this year on select Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. It is my
very favorite special event of the year, and if you have a chance to go, you definitely should! With complimentary treats, special Character greetings, lower wait times for attractions, the magical Once Upon a Christmastime Parade (my favorite!), the Holiday Wishes fireworks spectacular, and snow on Main Street U.S.A., it's an evening FULL of magic and Christmas cheer.
At that time of year, there likely won't be special events that close the other theme parks early or require separate admission. However, there will be LOTS of
special things happening all around the Walt Disney World Resort to celebrate the magic of the holidays that you won't want to miss! From the Candlelight Processional and the International Festival of the Holidays at Epcot to the playful Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! at Disney's Hollywood Studios to all of the gorgeous decorations at each of the Disney Resort hotels, it's definitely a wonderful time of year to visit!
Please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip, Heather, and have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
