What is a Mickey's Check Meal? Can we use it with our meal plan for my 7 year old? Is it a larger portion?

    Hi, Stacie!
Thanks so much for reaching out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When you visit many of the Quick Service and Table Service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, you'll notice some of the kids meal options include a Mickey Check option. Those meals meet the definition of Disney Nutrition Guidelines. You'll also notice some other products for sale that include the Mickey Check symbol.

If you're looking for meals focused on a balanced diet, I'd strongly recommend encouraging your 7-year-old to try it!

Have a fantastic visit to the parks! Let me know if I can help you with any additional questions!
