At Mickey's BYBBQ and HDDR, do the characters sign autographs like at the other character dining spots? Thanks!

These are two very popular dinner events at Walt Disney World, but if you want to get character autographs, you may want to dine at a different location.  There are no characters at the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue, other than the performers, who are quite the characters themselves.  You won't find princesses or Mickey and the gang there, though, so if you are hoping to see them, this won't fit the bill.

Mickey's Backyard BBQ is great fun with the characters, but there isn't the same table to table interaction like you have at a restaurant like Chef Mickey's or the Garden Grill.  There is music and dancing, and it is a great deal of fun, but there isn't a time when the characters visit your table for autographs and pictures like at other character meals.

My kids are huge fans of both shows, however, so not having the same opportunity to meet and greet the characters like at some other dining experiences doesn't seem to matter.  The shows are great fun, and as long as you know going in what to expect, no one should be disappointed!
