Is the Mickey not so scary halloween party worth the ticket price for 2 adults? Hubby and I will be spending a belated honey moon in October. We are staying at Riverside & really looking forward to checking out WDW in October.

    Hi Jessica,
I've got confess, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is my favorite special event of the year at the Magic Kingdom and I typically go more than once. I go on an adults-only trip and then I go again with my kids because I love it so much! One of the best things about the party is the limited admission aspect-once its sold out, no more tickets will be offered. This means much smaller crowds and that you will be able to walk on to most of the attractions at the event with no wait time. The fireworks show, Happy HalloWishes, is incredible and worth the effort to make sure you are in front of Cinderella's Castle at show time, which has been at 9:30 pm for the last several years (check an event guide as you enter the park for posted show times to ensure that you don't miss it). I love to bring a drawstring backpack so I can trick-or-treat if I would like to while at the party to get a few sweet treats to enjoy. Be sure to go early-you can get into the park as early as 4:00 pm and get a few extra hours in at the Magic Kingdom before the party starts.

    Happy planning!!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
