    We are going to the Mexican Riviera next week on Wonder, I need clarification for dining dress code. My husband and I are traveling with our 4 children, all 12 and under. we are trying to pack light, what would dining attire be day 1 to day 7? THANK YOU!

    Can you believe your wondrous voyage begins is just a few short days?  You must be so excited!  With your crew of six, I understand that you want to pack as light as possible.  Night one, three, four and seven are all cruise casual.  For my son and husband, this means khaki pants and polo shirts.  My daughter and I usually wear sundresses or capri pants or skirts with coordinating tops.  Night two of you cruise will be formal night.  You will want to plan your fanciest outfits for this night.  Many men will be in either a suit or tuxedo while the women will be in a cocktail dress or full-length gown.  While a tuxedo, suit, or full-length gown is not needed for the little ones, you might want to bring along button down shirts with dress slacks for your boys and nice dresses for your daughters.  Night five is Pirates IN the Caribbean Night, and many Guests choose to dress in pirate attire for this fun-filled evening.  If you don't have anything for your little buccaneers, Mickey's Mates does carry plenty of pirate wear for purchase.  Those who don't dress like pirates, stick with their cruise casual attire.



    I hope my suggestions help with your packing.  If you want to pack light, I do recommend using the laundry facilities onboard.  It is self-service, and there are three located on Decks Two, Six and Seven.  You can budget about $5.00 per load and you can either bring your own detergent or use the vending machine to purchase some for $1.00.
