Hola Clinton,
Bienvenido a planDisney! When it comes to dining at
Walt Disney World Resort, you are speaking my language when you ask about Mexican food! I’m happy to tell you that there are several options for you across the resort.
If you are in
EPCOT, you have many delicious options ranging from Table Service to Quick Service, plus several options for Mexican-inspired cocktails. Inside the World Showcase Mexico pavilion,
San Angel Inn Restaurant serves some amazing mole negro under Mayan twilight skies. You will feel like you were transported to old-world Mexico. For more margaritas and fewer snacks, you can’t go wrong at
La Cava del Tequilla just next door inside the pavilion. Just outside the pavilion, you will find another Table Service option,
La Hacienda de San Angel, overlooking the World Showcase Lagoon. Be sure to try the Queso Fundido; it is so delicious! Next door is some of the best street-style tacos at the Quick Service, La Cantina de San Angel. And if you are looking for margaritas to go with south-of-the-border snacks, I recommend
Choza de Margarita.
Now, over in
Magic Kingdom Park, you have a great Mexican-inspired Quick Service option at
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café. I love the Pork Carnitas Nachos. And don't forget to order some churros.
You also have a few options outside of the theme parks, Clinton. If you are out and about at
Disney Springs, stop by
4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck for a quick bite. If you are looking for a Table Service option, stop off at
Frontera Cocina, one of my favorite dining locations in all of Walt Disney World. And finally, you will find southwestern-style fare at
Maya Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
Clinton, I hope this list has you cheering olé and that you enjoy one or more of these options on your vacation. If you have any other questions or would like more dining recommendations,
please write back. Walt Disney World dining is one of my favorite topics!
Adiós, mi amigo,
Shannon
