You mentioned wearing shoes in your answer to another question about the water parks. What do you do with your shoes when you get on a slide?

    Hi Tammy,

Yes my family soon learnt, after visiting in August, that it's a really good idea to wear shoes at the water parks as the ground gets incredibly hot. We always wear either proper water shoes (the tight fitting ones) or walking sandals such as Teva's. We don't ride the big fast water slides but on all the other's we've never had to take them off and wear them whilst we ride. I would imagine if you choose to wear loose fitting shoes such as flip flops or Crocs then you would need to hold them as you rode but if you wear shoes that don't come off you'll be able to keep them on.

    Have a great trip,
