You mentioned in an earlier response that you now have to enter Fantasmic with the general public even if you have the dinner package. Does this mean we will have to get in line 90 minutes before the show or can we wait until 30 minutes before showtime?

    Hi Tammy,

Yes, there have been some recent changes to the entrances for the Fantasmic show. While I have yet to experience this new system, I have a number of friends that have, and I have spoke to a few Hollywood Studios Cast Members regarding it.

There is no longer a separate entrance to the Fantasmic show for those guest on the Fantasmic dinner package. All guests enter the ampitheatre through the same front entrance and proceed to the seating area. Once at the seating area, the line divides into two separate entry points and "general admission" guests go one way and the dinner package guests are directed to a different section. The section of seats for the dinner guests are still roped off and you will still need to show your Fantasmic dinner package entry ticket to access those seats.

In speaking to the Cast Members, they have explained that the seats are still reserved for the dinner guests up to show time. Although you will need to use the same entrance, those guests on the dinner package will still be able to utilize the seats "reserved" for this package and therefore not run into the same concerns as the other guests who are not guaranteed a seat.

Even with our dinner package entrance, we have always liked to arrive at least thirty minutes early to pick our seat and get settled for the show. It is my thoughts that even with this new system, an arrival time within thirty minutes should still ensure you a great seat.

Hope you enjoy the show. It is my oldest son's favorite thing at Disney World.
