    you mention in your profile that you love to help dads plan surprises for their wives while at the park - this is a great idea and one I'm interesting in making a reality when my family and I visit in December. What do you suggest?

    Aaron,

    Here is what I did;

    After a morning in the Magic Kingdom we sat down for lunch. I returned to our table with food for everyone but my wife. Instead my oldest daughter handed her a card, telling her to start her "afternoon of Mom" back in our resort room.

    From there she found a series of notes sending her to a nice sit-down lunch, then to the pool, and then to the spa for a massage. Finally it sent her to meet us for dinner at her favorite Disney restaurant.

    During this time I took care of the kids, taking them to the pool and putting them down for naps. We did not stay in the parks, so that she would not miss a special Disney moment.

    While she was relaxing we also visited the PhotoPass station in our resort and got one of our vacation pictures printed and framed. This was her present at dinner to thank her for all she does for all of us!

    But this is what my wife likes. What would your wife like to do? Let me know and I can help plan something more up her alley!

    Have a magical vacation!
