Greetings, George.
I'm so glad you followed the Lost Boys to Neverland and found your way here to planDisney! Pretty soon you'll be immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort and experiencing all the EARidescent excitement of
The World's Most Magical Celebration and the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I bet you can't wait!
Memory Maker is one of my favorite things about Walt Disney World Resort vacations and a must-have for all of our family trips back "home." We have 10 years of precious memories we can look through anytime we want thanks to Memory Maker, so I'm glad to hEAR you'll be using it on your trip. You can
link your Disney PhotoPass photos by scanning your
Disney MagicMobile pass or
MagicBand throughout your trip to link your photos to your
My Disney Experience account. Some attractions have photo preview walls where you scan to link your photos and videos, but other attractions, like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Haunted Mansion, utilize Bluetooth technology to automatically link your photo and video for you.
To ensure your
Disney PhotoPass photos and videos link correctly, you will need to make sure you've enabled Bluetooth for the
My Disney Experience App in your mobile device's settings, stay logged into your My Disney Experience App at all times, and keep your mobile device out of low power mode. Even if you've followed all of these steps, I still recommend you make a note of the times you experience each attraction that has accompanying Disney PhotoPass photos just in case they don't show up in your account. If you find
some of your photos are indeed missing, just call the wonderful Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at 407-560-4300. They can use your timestamp information to locate your missing pictures.
George, here are a few other tidbits that will help you make the most of your Memory Maker:
George, I hope this information proves helpful. Please stop back by planDisney again in the future! Enjoy every magical moment on your trip!
Off to Neverland,
Alyssa
