    I have the memory maker for my trip and linked my party. My party can see the photos but says they have to purchase them and what I understood is that it’s like they payed for them too. How do they make them show up without the water mark?

    Welcome to planDisney, Adrian!  Thank you for bringing your question to us.

    I am a huge fan of Disney PhotoPass service!  I love that Disney PhotoPass photographers can capture photos of my whole party together in iconic locations such as near Cinderella Castle and the Tree of Life.  I am giggling now at the expressions that are captured in our attraction photos when we are fiercely concentrating on defeating Zurg on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.

    Guests may purchase Disney PhotoPass photos individually by ordering prints or individual downloads, or they can purchase Memory Maker to download all their photos for one price.

    Memory Maker is an entitlement that allows the purchaser or owner of the entitlement to unlimited downloads of all Disney PhotoPass photos in their My Disney Experience account, including photos of up to 25 Guests in their Family & Friends list.  Be sure all members of your party have set photo sharing permission with you so you can view their photos in your account.  The Memory Maker entitlement can only be assigned to one person; only that person can download the photos in their account without the watermark.  Think of Memory Maker as a "key" placed in your account to "unlock" your photos.  The owner of the entitlement may download their photos as many times as they wish before they expire (typically 45 days after the photo was captured) to all their connected devices.  Once downloaded, the photos are yours to share however you like (for personal, non-commercial purposes.)  You may print your photos at home or through a third-party service, share your photos on social media, or email them to family and friends.
