Hi, Leona! Memory Maker is a must-do for us during each of our Walt Disney World Resort visits. There are Disney PhotoPass photographers at hundreds of locations across the Resort, just waiting to capture my family's memories. I greatly appreciate this so I actually get to be in the photographic memory with my family!
When you purchase Memory Maker, it is assigned to the My Disney Experience account that is logged in at the time. That is likely how his account came to be the "owner" of this purchase. However, while it is assigned to your husband's account, anyone connected with him through the
Family & Friends List can have their Disney PhotoPass pictures linked.
Have your husband sign on to his account, open up his My Family & Friends List and click the link to
Add a Guest. If anyone in your party has their own My Disney Experience account, he can send them an invite to share plans via their email address. Once approved, make sure your husband and the other guests each click the
Update link to the side of their name within the List and check the box to approve viewing My Disney PhotoPass Photos.
When it comes time to have pictures taken, the Disney PhotoPass photographer can either scan a linked theme park ticket or MagicBand to associate it with your Memory Maker, or they can provide a Disney PhotoPass card that can be
added to your Memory Maker later. Once you return home from your magical trip, your husband will need to download all of the pictures from Memory Maker, as that is the only account with the ability to do so. What I have done in the past is to upload them to a photo sharing site so my extended family members could download the pictures they wanted.
Leona, I hope you have a magical vacation and please let us know if you have any other questions.
Brandy
