With Memory maker, do you have to pay to print out the pictures? The digital copies are yours but can you do your own printing of them? We did Chef Mickey the last time around and it was quite pricey to get copies. Thanks :)

    Hi Sandy,

I just downloaded Memory Maker photos today from my most recent Disney World vacation. It was easy peasy to log into my My Disney Experience account, see my photos, and download them to my home computer. Once you have the JPEG files you can go ahead and do anything you want with the pictures as long as it's for personal use - print out a photo for the mantel, make holiday cards, post them to your Facebook page, share them in your blog, etc.

My plan is to upload my Memory Maker files to Shutterfly and buy prints through their service. (Other photo printing services would also work.) The Shutterfly prints will cost just a few pennies each depending on the size I select.

If you want to also by photo prints from Disney, you're welcome to do so, but this would be an additional charge over the price of your Memory Maker purchase. As you've noted, their rates are fairly steep.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
