Memory Maker, I know it's all digital and you can download and Save. Will there be any issues printing your photos at Walgreens, Target, Walmart Ect. (Photo Copyright Laws) Am I the owner? If they ask for Documentation how would I provide that I'm owner?

    Hi Anna,

I've downloaded PhotoPass pictures (essentially the same thing as MemoryMaker) countless times. I've had them printed via KodakGallery and Shutterfly online and at CVS and RiteAid in-store kiosks I've never encountered a problem. And I've never heard of anyone else having a problem making prints.

When you buy MemoryMaker or PhotoPass, one of the downloads you'll get is automatically a JPG of a personal use license which states that the photos are yours to use for any personal purpose. You're welcome to make prints to display in your home, give to friends and relatives as gifts, post on your personal Facebook/Twitter/blog/etc, or turn into holiday cards. Really you can do anything with them except sell them. If you were to encounter an issue with a photo printing retailer you could show them the personal use license, but I really can't imagine a situation where this would happen. The pictures are there for you to enjoy in the same way as if you took them yourself.

Good luck with your planning. And don't forget to say Cheese!
