When does a memory maker expire?

    Hi Bettye!

Memory Maker is an amazing way to document your Walt Disney World Resort vacation without having to be on your phone all day!  My husband and I absolutely loved taking advantage of all of the amazing photo opportunities in the parks on our honeymoon, and because of Memory Maker, we are able to relive those moments whenever we want!

Once you redeem your Memory Maker, you will have 30 days to take more photos that will fall in your Memory Maker usage window.  This means that, for example, once you download your first photo on the My Disney Experience mobile app or on MyDisneyPhotoPass.com, you will have 30 more days to take pictures that you can download with your Memory Maker!

Remember, if you buy Memory Maker at the advanced purchase price, you will have to wait three days from the day you purchased it for it to become available.  This means that any photos taken within those three days will not be included in your Memory Maker and will need to be purchased separately.  If you buy your Memory Maker at the regular purchase price, you will be able to begin capturing and downloading pictures immediately.

When you use Memory Maker, make sure that you download all of your photos before they expire!  Currently, PhotoPass photos expire 45 days after the date they were taken.

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
